Shipping policy
Shipping Notice:
Currently, both UPS and USPS estimate that it may require more time for packages to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped in the order received. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.
Ammerman Cage & Equipment is not responsible for:
- Delays with UPS, USPS or any other carrier.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. (The carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages).
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
Local Pickup Select Pick up at checkout, then be on the lookout for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup! We have most orders ready the same day but that isn't always the case. It may take 24-48 hours to prepare your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled in order the following business day.
